**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiation Oncology Department. This role involves simulating and delivering planned courses of treatment to patients undergoing radiation therapy, providing guidance and leadership to junior staff therapists, and collaborating with the treatment planning team to ensure seamless patient care.
**About the Role:**
This position offers a competitive salary package, including a $125,000 per year base salary, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Simulate and deliver planned courses of treatment to patients undergoing radiation therapy
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff therapists
- Collaborate with the treatment planning team to ensure seamless patient care
**Requirements:**
- Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy technology program
- Three years' experience as a radiologic technologist
- Certified as Radiation Therapist in state of Virginia or Maryland preferred
- Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
- Able to speak and write English fluently
- Demonstrated communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
