Senior Energetics Manufacturing Specialist

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Energetics Manufacturing Engineer to support the Propulsion Systems & Controls (PS&C) operating unit. This role requires expertise in manufacturing process development and implementation, as well as experience with Lean methodologies.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide manufacturing support to operations, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost requirements are met. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining process control documentation, establishing manufacturing lines for new products, and working with facilities engineering to provide cost-benefit analysis for capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide manufacturing support to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements
- Create, maintain, and improve process control documentation
- Establish manufacturing lines for new products and product upgrades
- Work with facilities engineering to provide cost-benefit analysis for capital projects
- Define facility and equipment needs
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 0 years of relevant experience. US citizenship and a DoD Secret security clearance are also required.
