**Job Description:**

The Veterinary Hospital Operations Manager Lead will provide daily leadership to our hospital team, partnering with veterinarians to drive high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Overseeing hiring, training, and separation of paraprofessional partners
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and client relations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to make decisions, delegate tasks, and drive results with hospital partners
  • Compassionate and sympathetic with a professional attitude and demeanor
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in a veterinary practice or equivalent leadership experience
