Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at Sustainable Surf. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic non-profit organization that is making a significant impact in the field of environmental conservation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy to increase our online presence, engagement, and fundraising efforts.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. The successful candidate will be passionate about sustainability, surfing, and creating engaging content that inspires action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with our mission and goals, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and inspires action, including blog posts, videos, and graphics.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and send regular newsletters and promotional emails to our subscribers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze our digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $32-$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, and 401k.
