About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, responding to emergency situations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage, assess, and treat patients presenting for emergency care
  • Document nursing notes to reflect changes in condition, transfer, and discharge
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
  • Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emergency nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited school of Nursing (Associate's Degree or higher)
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (obtainable within 12 months)
  • Previous emergency or critical care Registered Nurse experience preferred
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice (Compact/Multi-State RN license accepted)
