About the Role

As a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth for scPharmaceuticals. Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed established sales budgets by effectively managing your territory and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Territory Management: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within your assigned accounts, ensuring optimal utilization of approved products.
  • Business Development: Apply your understanding of heart failure and the marketplace to develop and implement effective business strategies, providing valuable insights to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster deep relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in pharma specialty, hospital, or medical device/diagnostic sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of high achievement, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished presentation style.
  • The ability to travel overnight as needed, with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
