About the Role
  • This position involves providing compassionate and effective therapy sessions to patients with psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
  • The ideal candidate will be an active participant in treatment planning, working closely with clients, families, and external referral sources.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients about their problems.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in social work or counseling is required. Relevant state licensure is also necessary.
  • Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is highly valued.
  • Candidates must hold a current clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
  • CPR and CPI certification are mandatory within 30 days of employment.
