Job Title: Grand Caf Busser

Department: Grand Caf

Reports to: Grand Caf Manager

Job Summary:

The Grand Caf Busser is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, and supporting the Food Server team in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and well-organized dining area.
  • Assist Food Servers with orders, providing prompt and courteous service to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the Food Server team in delivering exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.

Physical Demands:

The Grand Caf Busser must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino, speak and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and may reach with hands and arms above shoulder level. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
