Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Shelbyville. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and educate patients and caregivers on self-care techniques.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
