As a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing positive and timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with technology-related issues
- Understand customer technology issues by asking questions, listening, and taking detailed notes
- Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
- Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents to resolve customer issues
- 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer service
- Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends
