Job Description

As a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing positive and timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with technology-related issues
  • Understand customer technology issues by asking questions, listening, and taking detailed notes
  • Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer service
  • Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends
