Job Description
This role involves developing and acquiring new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with an emphasis on small to mid-size companies. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, retaining them as valuable partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and acquires new business revenue through strategic sales efforts.
  • Provides tailored service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are retained.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintains client relationships, supporting day-to-day account management.
  • Assists in educating and developing staff members in new sales situations and client service requirements.
  • Applies industry technologies to enhance sales and account service.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, accompanied by relevant insurance licensing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
