About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pharmacy Manager to oversee our high-volume retail pharmacy in Plantation, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, directing pharmacy staff, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Direct pharmacy staff and manage daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Leadership: Lead by example and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Clinical Expertise: Verify 350 prescriptions per day, utilizing your expertise to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage pharmacy projects to optimize resources.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional patient-centered care, addressing customer needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Education: Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida
• Experience: 5 years' experience as a Pharmacist, 2 years' experience as a manager or team leader, and 2 years' high-volume retail pharmacy experience
• Skills: Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, fast-paced time management skills, and patient-centered approach and customer service skills
• PREFERRED SKILLS: Bilingual English-Spanish and previous experience with PrimeCare QS1 pharmacy software

What We Offer
