Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver / Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, and report reactions.
  • Restock medication inventories.
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
