The Edinburg Center is seeking a dedicated Case Coordinator to join its Developmental Disabilities Clinical Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide individual support services to persons with developmental disabilities, including direct service caseload, case management, behavior management, and skill acquisition training in various settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct service caseload to consumers in their homes and/or clinic settings
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior management
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word to document and communicate with consumers and team members

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience working with the population is required. Training or experience in applied behavior analysis is a plus. The successful candidate will be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and able to work effectively in a team environment.
