We are seeking an experienced Client Executive to join our team in growing high-velocity business relationships with enterprise clients. This position focuses on developing and executing sales strategies with Microsoft Sales teams and strategic resellers to drive pipeline growth.

In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to assess their business needs and requirements, consultatively share BlueVoyant's capabilities to seek alignment, collaborate with technology and channel partners, and ultimately achieve assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MICROSOFT SMC OPERATING UNITS AND FIELD SALES TEAMS TO ACCELERATE JOINT REVENUE AND EXPAND INTO NEW CUSTOMER SEGMENTS.
  2. FACILITATE CO-SELLING EFFORTS WITH MICROSOFT SALES LEADERSHIP TO DEVELOP SECURE GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGIES.
  3. WORK CLOSELY WITH THE SMC TEAM TO DEVELOP COLLABORATIVE PIPELINE AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVE SALES TACTICS.
  4. LEVERAGE EXISTING INDIVIDUAL AND BLUEVOYANT PARTNERSHIPS TO IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  5. DEVELOP DATA-DRIVEN BUSINESS PLANS TO DEFINE PARTNERSHIP OBJECTIVES AND CONDUCT QUARTERLY REVIEW SESSIONS WITH MICROSOFT STAKEHOLDERS.
  6. PRESERVE AND COMMUNICATE REGULAR PARTNERSHIP STATUS UPDATES AND SALES PERFORMANCE FOR EXECUTIVE LEADERS AND PROGRAM STAKEHOLDERS.
  7. COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, INCLUDING SALES, ENGINEERING, MARKETING, PRODUCT, AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS TO ENSURE FAVORABLE OUTCOMES FOR BLUEVOYANT, PARTNERS, AND END-USERS.
  8. CONSISTENTLY ENGAGE WITH PROSPECTS AND CUSTOMERS THROUGH CONSULTATIVE SALES APPROACHES AND PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATIONS, CENTERED ON BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL RESULTS.
  9. Maintain accurate records and forecast revenue using Salesforce.com, ensuring timely updates and correct forecasting information.
Qualifications:
  1. MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN SELLING SECURITY SOLUTIONS, PREFERABLY MICROSOFT SECURITY SOLUTIONS.
  2. MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN SELLING SECURITY SERVICES, SUCH AS IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGED DETECTION AND RESPONSE (MDR).
  3. Demonstrated ability to navigate Microsoft Security Solution selling motions, including E3 to E5 step up and Microsoft Sentinel.
  4. Familiarity with Azure Cloud Security capabilities and Microsoft Licensing and SKU bundles.
  5. A BACHELORS DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OR A RELATED FIELD, OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE.
  6. MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN SOLUTION OR SERVICES SALES, WITH A FOCUS ON SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE PRODUCTS.
  7. PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE IN SECURITY-RELATED SALES OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, WORKING WITH ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIES.
  8. Knowledge and proficiency of the sales process from initiation to close; MEDDPICC is a plus.
  9. Excellent listening and proposal creation skills - not only presenting 'what we do', but 'how we do it differently' with direct correlation to identified customer challenges, business, and technical target outcomes.
  10. Positive, tenacious, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
  11. Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with prospects and clients.
  12. Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
  13. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Google Workspace, and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  14. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
