Advanced Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage leadership skills to organize software testing teams and ensure timely release deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans under program management guidance.
- Prioritize transformation of PRDs and new features into robust test cases for maximum coverage.
- Represent the QA team at critical release meetings with impactful data driving gating decisions.
- Elevate existing software testing processes and methodologies through innovative approaches.
- Drive complex bugs to closure, unblocking releases efficiently.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a minimum of 7 years' experience in test planning and strategy development.
- Showcase a minimum of 2 years' experience in Test Automation using at least one programming language.
- Adept at troubleshooting intricate systems integration issues via log analysis.
- Defect Triage experience, creating workflows and standards for managing and routing defects.
- Proficient in Linux CLI and/or mobile architecture with hands-on command-line experience.
- Skilled with defect tracking tools, defect management, and release triage methodologies.
- Embody a 'can-do' attitude, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven experience in System Testing with Cloud/SaaS or Video Conferencing.
- Proficiency in Linux CLI.
- Expertise in Defect root cause analysis via log analysis processes and reproduction, writing complete bug reports.
- Bug triage and verification.
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or Bash scripting.
- Cloud experience leading test engineering efforts from planning, execution, and delivery for cloud-based applications.
- Experience working with test automation teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
- Ability to organize and classify test execution strategies for efficiency.
