Job Summary:

Kankakee Country Club, part of Troon Golf, L.L.C., is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet guests promptly and attend to their needs throughout the meal
* Describe daily specials and answer questions about menu items
* Take food and beverage orders and deliver food promptly
* Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
* Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Set up and break down golf stations every shift
* Handle cash transactions and utilize the Point of Sales System
* Follow established service standards and techniques
* Cross-train in bartending service
* Practice safe work practices and maintain a valid driver's license

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training
* Ability to read and speak English
* Knowledge of POS system
