Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct services and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
  • Deliver direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Teach communication, social, and self-care skills to children aged 2-18 years.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • Implement behavioral procedures for the acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, but experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
