Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to join our team at eTeam. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and how the ServiceNow application can support those needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to capture and document comprehensive business requirements, execute FIT/GAP workshops, and configure the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet our customers' needs. Your expertise in ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and solutions will be essential in driving high-performing relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our customers' current business processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements
  • Executing FIT/GAP workshops and defining target process designs
  • Configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application
  • Creating functional designs and collaborating with the technical team
  • Writing test scenarios and executing functional testing
  • Assisting with integration testing
  • Supporting customers during UAT
  • Creating training materials and conducting training
  • Assisting with architectural design and impact analysis
  • Assisting with estimation and planning
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and features

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Consulting experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and conducting demos
  • Experience leading client workshops and implementing HRSD components
  • Ability to listen, interpret, and strategize on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
