Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients to our clinics, either in person or by phone
Collect demographic and financial data, and enter information into our electronic medical record
Assist patients with telephone encounters, and direct them to their appointments or procedures
Collect co-pays and/or remaining balances, and obtain signatures from patients as needed
Perform the End of Day reconciliation process, and may participate in the prescription refill order process as appropriate
Manage and organize the patient care lobby, and provide other department support

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age, with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies
1 year of basic computer skills, and preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Vocational degree, and 0-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products
