The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in the ER. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not required.

Salary Range

$39.24 - $67.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This full-time position requires the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, directing and guiding patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing care in Telemetry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process

Qualifications

  • Current and valid state RN License
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
  • Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain current
  • Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferred
  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
