At Lewis-Clark State College, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the development and delivery of training programs that meet the needs of regional business and industry.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with regional stakeholders to identify training needs, developing customized or open enrollment training courses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs in collaboration with local businesses and industry partners.
  • Maintain curriculum standards and develop instructional materials.
  • Provide support in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, the Training Coordinator, and other staff members to achieve common goals.
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts by providing direct and indirect activities to students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of post-secondary career and technical program accreditation, curriculum development, educational theories, methods, practices, and equipment.
  • Experience with online, in-person, and hybrid course development techniques and distance delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Experience with career and technical education (CTE) short-term post-secondary education.
  • Three or more years of experience with curriculum development and LMS systems.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the college offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
