About the Job:
We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our client's laboratory team near Perry, ME. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume setting and contribute your skills to delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have an AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or a related science, with ASCP or equivalent certification. Experience as a Medical Technologist is highly desirable. You will be responsible for adhering to laboratory protocol and procedures, working comfortably in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring the quality of laboratory equipment and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements:
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
Benefits:
