Job Summary:

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Part-Time Night Shift Medical Surgical Float. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, utilizing the nursing process in an organized and systemic manner according to hospital policy.

Responsibilities:

• Provides total, comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systemic manner according to hospital policy.
• Communicates proactively to the health care team, plan of care, changes in patient condition, the patient progress, the discharge plan and other relevant information.
• Completes admission according to policy utilizing a multi-system approach for the assessment and reassessment.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an RN program
• Current RN Pennsylvania state license or compact license required.
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate must be organized and able to lead and manage a team.
• Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
• Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Computer skills preferred.
• 1 year prior clinical experience preferred.
