Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Christian Career.
This full-time position is based in Duncanville, Texas and offers a competitive salary of $$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Event Timelines: Collaborate with Event Directors to ensure successful event execution, following established timelines and protocols.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input required information into our database, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
- Communication and Customer Service: Respond promptly to phone calls and emails regarding events, providing exceptional support to volunteers and field staff.
- Email Correspondence: Effectively communicate with teammates and field staff via email, facilitating efficient collaboration and coordination.
- Volunteer and Church Management: Manage group requests from volunteers and churches, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Facility Communication: Communicate with facility representatives regarding security lists and unit requirements, ensuring smooth event logistics.
- Inventory and Merchandise Management: Follow Inventory/Merchandise purchase guidelines set up by the Warehouse Manager, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
- Promotional Materials: Send promotional materials as requested to Directors, local teams, and churches, enhancing event promotion and outreach.
- Daily Integrity Data Checks: Perform daily integrity data checks within our database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- New Church Account Setup: Process new church accounts, creating profiles within our database, and providing excellent onboarding support.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience and Skills: Three to five years of previous full-time, similar related experience, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in computer technology, and ability to work effectively as a self-starter and team player.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
