Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess both sales acumen and a design background, with a focus on fostering strong client relationships and delivering top-notch service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting consultations with clients to understand their design preferences and space requirements
  • Providing personalized design services, assisting clients with selecting custom cabinetry, finishes, and hardware
  • Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and quotes that align with the clients vision
  • Collaborating with design and installation teams to ensure successful project execution

The right candidate will have proven experience in cabinetry design, interior design, or home remodeling, with a strong track record in sales. Knowledge of cabinetry products, finishes, and design software is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.

Salary Information

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a competitive base salary and commission opportunities.
