We are seeking a highly skilled Controls and Automation Engineer to join our team at Remedy Intelligent Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering theory and methods to design automation systems.

Job Overview

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $102,000-$117,000 per year, based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation, tuition reimbursement program, quarterly bonuses, on-site gym and cafeteria, and employee recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and proficient skills in control systems, device integration, SCADA architecture, PLC, HMI, CAE software, and Solidworks or other CAD software. Experience with robotics training and equipment/system design (mechanical and electrical) is a plus.

About the Role

As a Controls and Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining control systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system operation and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Your primary focus will be on applying principles and techniques of electrical/mechanical engineering to accomplish goals, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products/equipment, and designing, developing, and testing all aspects of control systems and components, equipment, and machinery.

You will also be responsible for training employees, identifying, analyzing, and repairing product failures, ordering and replacing parts as needed, and ensuring compliance with regulated industries such as FDA, FAA, and ISO.
