About the Role:

This position is a key part of the Fraud Section in the Department of Justice Criminal Division, located in our Washington D.C. office.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trial Support Coordinator to provide support to our Market Integrity Major Fraud Unit.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our section's trial attorneys in a fast-paced environment to assist with investigation and prosecution of fraud cases.

Responsibilities include performing legal and administrative duties as requested by attorneys, utilizing eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, and communicating summaries and analysis of findings.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize numerous tasks effectively, work on multiple cases simultaneously, and travel to site for hearings, discovery, and trials.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or an undergraduate degree
  • Highly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment
  • Excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities
  • A knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including word processing, spreadsheet, and hardware systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Adobe Acrobat

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Automated litigation support experience
  • Document review and Relativity experience
  • eDiscovery experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks similar to the duties and responsibilities described
