Primary Care Physician for Homeless Population

Overview: Northeast Valley Health Corporation, a federally funded non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team. We operate 14 Joint Commission accredited licensed primary care health centers across the region.
Salary and Benefits: Our compensation package includes a salary range of $208K - $243K based on experience, with additional benefits such as 2 weeks of vacation, 4 days of CME, $2000 yearly stipend for CME, DEA, Board Certification, Medical License fees paid, Malpractice Insurance fully covered, 12 days of sick leave per year, and 11 1/2 paid holidays per year.
Job Description: As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients experiencing homelessness in our healthcare for the homeless clinic, mobile clinic, and through street outreach. You will work closely with care teams made up of public health educators who will assist with patient care. All Medical Assistants at our facilities are Spanish bilingual, as well as the majority of RNs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and clients with mental illness and substance use disorder.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.

- National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program: two years full-time up to $50,000 or two years half-time up to $25,000.
