Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at VENTURE.co. As a key member of our digital marketing operations, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence and driving business growth through data analysis and strategic marketing initiatives.

About the Role

This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce, Google Ads, and GTM to enhance our marketing efforts. You will develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales systems. Additionally, you will utilize Salesforce to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and optimize lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation Management: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales systems.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and optimize lead management processes. Create custom reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover insights. Use this data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • SEO/SEM: Oversee the technical aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including website structure, keyword analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to implement and maintain tracking codes, pixels, and other technical components of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Testing & Optimization: Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multi-variant tests across various digital channels to continuously improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant privacy laws and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
