We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dining Experience Specialist to join our team at The Bristal Assisted Living. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work at least one weekend day per week. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all meals are served and presented in accordance with our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to resident needs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe dining environment
  • Working collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless meal service
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Patient and cheerful demeanor when interacting with residents
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
