Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Codeforce360.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert critical care nursing services to patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac surgery, ischemic stroke, and sepsis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
  • Manage and monitor hemodynamic monitoring systems, ventilators, and other life-supporting devices, ensuring accurate data interpretation and timely interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practice changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current guidelines, research findings, and emerging technologies, applying this expertise to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years ICU experience, with a strong focus on cardiac medicine.
  • Expertise in managing critical care medications, including vasoactive drips and therapeutic hypothermia.
  • Able to interpret and analyze complex data from various monitoring systems, making informed decisions to optimize patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
