Soliant is a leading provider of speech therapy services to schools in the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Live Oak, California.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated SLP or SLPA to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school setting. As an SLP or SLPA with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a weekly pay structure with competitive salary, guaranteed work hours, and payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
Requirements
  • A valid California State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
