Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm, providing clear and concise communication to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, adhering to our Five-Star Customer Service Experience guidelines to ensure every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Inventory Management: Process orders, receive shipments, and maintain first-quality standards for all merchandise to ensure our customers receive the best possible products.
  • Cash Wrap Operations: Support cash wrap behaviors, processing transactions with accuracy and making every customer feel celebrated.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and Operations Supervisor/Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree, or 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 pounds, and use a computer, electronic devices, and phones for long periods of time.
