Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Bldg. Maint. Tech. to join our team at Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha Inc in Philadelphia, PA.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency requests, and conducting repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, circuit panel repair, and AC/heater maintenance.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (over 50 lbs).
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
