Lead Nursing Services at Trilogy Health Services

As a Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in leading our Nursing Services Department, ensuring that we provide exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standard guidelines
  • Coordinate nursing services and other resident services to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assist the Discharge Planning Coordinator to ensure smooth resident transitions
  • Participate in resident admission processes, including interviewing and selection
  • Perform daily rounds to observe residents and ensure nurses have the necessary resources
  • Monitor medication distribution and treatment schedules to guarantee compliance
  • Ensure weekend coverage and on-call duties are met
  • Implement and maintain onboarding and orientation for new nurses
  • Participate in facility inspections by authorized government agencies
Requirements:
  • A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
  • A current state Registered Nurse license and valid CPR certification
  • Prior management experience in long-term healthcare as a Director of Nursing
  • Compassion and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills
  • Compact RN license preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to travel Monday through Friday based on assignment and need
