About the Role

Cortland Dental & Braces, a Benevis company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive work environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental office, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall performance of the dental office, including staff supervision, training, and development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient demographics, treatment plans, and financial data
  • Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
