**Compensation:** $22.56 - $26.94 per hour, based on education level and experience. Our transparent pay model ensures fairness and clarity from the start, with guaranteed minimum 3% increases every 12 months.

**Job Overview:**
In this rewarding role, you will deliver play-based ABA therapy not just in homes, but also in communities, schools, and clinics. You will work collaboratively with our team of Counselors, Therapists, and Doctors to craft personalized care that meets the unique needs of each family we serve.

**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional care as a Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT)
- Develop and implement strength-based interventions
- Work closely with families to understand their values and preferences
- Collaborate with the team to create tailored treatment plans

**Requirements:**
- Valid CPR certification
- Recent TB test
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
