Card Dealer

At Playtech, we are seeking a skilled Card Dealer to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a key member of our gaming team, you will be responsible for conducting games on a given table schedule, adhering to regulations and company policies, and providing exceptional customer service to our players.

• Conduct games on a given table schedule, following rules and procedures, and computer prompt instructions.
• Provide players with timely, accurate, and professional assistance on game-related and general questions.
• Report any risks or committed mistakes, problems, or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company premises.
• Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning new procedures.
• Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and electronic mail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a PA Casino Employee Registration license.

• Competitive pay rate of $17 + tips + performance monthly bonus.
• Additional night differential pay from 11PM-7AM.
• 10 holiday pay.
• 5 PTO and 5 paid sick time.
