Job Summary:

SUNY Brockport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Associate Director of Student Conduct. This key leadership role will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of the university's student conduct system and the Office of Title IX. The successful candidate will lead efforts to implement an educational process to promote community standards, ensure due process and fundamental fairness to all individuals and organizations involved, and provide training and support to students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the student conduct system and the Office of Title IX
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote community standards and prevent misconduct
  • Conduct investigations and hearings related to student conduct and Title IX cases
  • Provide training and support to students, faculty, and staff on student conduct and Title IX policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with campus partners to develop and implement strategies to promote a safe and inclusive campus community
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, or a related field
  • Three years of full-time professional experience in Higher Education, with a focus on student conduct and Title IX
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive campus community
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and measuring student learning programmatic outcomes
  • Proven collaboration with law enforcement, counseling, and health services
  • Experience with crisis management and student conduct software management
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary and Benefits:

The minimum salary for this position is $75,000. This position is benefits eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
