Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at ServisFirst Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and other banking services
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to grow our client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and federal and state consumer compliance laws
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service goals
