Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification for departments such as Labor and Delivery, ICU, ED, PACU, IMC, Short Stay, Cardiac Catheterization, Endoscopy, Cardiac Rehab, Infusion Services Clinic, and Pulmonary Function.
