Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs. Engage in friendly conversation and ask open-ended questions to learn about customers' project needs.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Lift and arrange merchandise on shelves and racks, and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensure store compliance, and participate in operational duties as needed.
  • Leadership and Development: Work closely with Store Management to identify key tasks and delegate them to team members. Follow up to ensure tasks are completed well and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods
