We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Luxury Day Spa Ambassador to join our team at Woodhouse Spa - Golden.

Job Description

As a Luxury Day Spa Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Your role will include:

  • Personal Attention: Greet guests warmly and provide personalized attention throughout their visit.
  • Education and Introduction: Educate guests on our spa experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
  • Phone Etiquette: Answer the phone with a smile and provide excellent customer service to our callers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand by ensuring that our facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with just the right ambiance to create a memorable experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Remember small details that make our spa special, such as guests' favorite drinks and personal preferences.
  • Support for Leadership: Assist our leadership team when needed, ensuring that things run smoothly and efficiently.
