Your Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Counseling patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises
- Observing patient progress and reporting notes to the Physical Therapist
- Assisting patients with exercises and activities designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Using assistive devices and equipment to enhance patient recovery
- Developing and implementing customized treatment plans to meet individual needs

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Utah
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
