We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Epic Travel Staffing Allied.

About the Role

This is a 13-week opportunity with a possibility of extension. You will be working as a Home Health Physical Therapist providing high-quality care to patients in need.

Salary: $120,000 per year (based on 8 hours shifts and 40 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities
  • To provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • To assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • State licensure and PT compact privilege status
  • 1 year of experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist
  • Certification in BLS
