Incredible Health is actively hiring and accepting applications for the position of Emergency Department / ER Nurse in the Buda, TX area. This opportunity is perfect for nurses with experience in trauma care, including psychiatric patients, fast track, transport, and level 1-4 trauma centers.
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Nurse to join our team. As the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care, you will treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in quickly assessing patients' needs and prioritizing care.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for patients who require urgent medical attention.
- Treat patients with trauma, injuries, or severe medical conditions.
- Rapidly assess patient needs and prioritize care.
- Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and operate/maintain medical equipment.
- Participate in emergency situations such as code blue.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- ADN or higher degree in nursing.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting (preferably).
- ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $54,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
