About FOX Rehabilitation: As a multi-state, professional private practice of independent Occupational Therapists, we visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. Compensation: We offer a salary of $85,000 per year, with the potential for overtime pay. Additionally, our full-time or part-time positions come with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options (for those who qualify).

Job Description: As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will provide Geriatric House CallsTM to older adults, delivering proactive and evidence-based therapy to help them achieve clinical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply, as well as a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification are also required.
