Job Title: Marketing Generalist Company: MRA Recruiting Services Hours: Monday – Friday Between 7:30am and 5pm (flexible) Pay: $58,500 to $60,000 Location: Fort Atkinson, WI - onsite Job Description: As a Marketing Generalist at MRA Recruiting Services, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our corporate goals and enhance our brand presence. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. • Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets. • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, events, and social media. • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines. • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure brand integrity. • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print. • Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations. • Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. • Collaborate with the sales director to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Requirements: • Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on corporate marketing. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, and social media. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
