Job Overview

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to head their human resources department and support the company's continued growth and success in Kern County, CA.

About the Role

  • Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes, as well as develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture, driving initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and training.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, promoting a fair and respectful work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in California or similar regulatory environments.
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
